The Arab Business Club, a leading network of Arab Business Leaders and investors, hosted its first Annual Healthcare Summit on September 25th in the UAE.

More than 100 delegates and healthcare investors attended the event.  The meeting was chaired by H. E Mr. Hamdan Mohamed, President of the Arab Business Club.

Mr. Karim Smaira, CEO Genpharm, addressed the audience with updates and insights into the fast growing MENA Pharmaceutical market with key focus on strategies for growth for multinational drug companies.

The delegates entertained discussions on the key developments in the regional healthcare sector, including the fast rise of healthcare services, private clinics and hospitals and advances in the regulatory environment.

The participants were presented with several healthcare investment opportunities in the GCC.
