The Management of Genpharm Services attended CCM Consultancy’s “Leadership Deep Dive “, a Leadership Development program for senior executives in Dubai. This one year program was developed and is delivered by the faculty of Weatherhead School of Management. The distinguished speakers included faculty such as Dr. Richard Boyatzis, co-author of Emotional Intelligence and Resonant Leadership, among many others,Drs. Melvin Smith and Bauback Yeganeh.

The three-day session was attended by CEOs, General Managers and Managing Directors from all industries including the Pharmaceutical sector.

The interactions and the working groups focused on sharing practical experiences in resonant leadership and debated leadership practicalities such as Emotional Intelligence, the importance of inspiring employees through a Shared Vision, and the Power of Mindfulness.”
