Genpharm Incorporates European Entity in Ireland to seek in-licensing deals in specialty areas.

Dublin, April 4th 2018

Genpharm announced today that Genpharm Middle East LTD has been incorporated in Dublin, Ireland.

“We continue to build our platform with the aim to serve our partners and create shareholder value. We are well on our way with the implementation of our long-term strategic plan. Our European entity will be the Marketing Authorisation Holder of pharmaceutical brands that we are actively seeking to acquire”, Kamel Ghammachi, Managing Partner.

“Now that our European platform is in place, we will actively reach out to companies with an interest to out-license specialty brands for the MENA region. We will first seek partnerships in areas of expertise such as CNS, women health and rare disease. We aim to add a couple of assets before the end of 2018”, Karim Smaira, Managing Partner.
