The Genpharm Team met in a workshop specifically designed to discuss and create the company’s values. The meeting was moderated by Genyx, a consultancy company specialized in Staff Engagement and Team Alignment.

We referred to the Appreciative Inquiry (AI) methodology to align strengths and build our values. The results have been impressive and we intend to build on this”, says Karim Smaira, CEO of Genpharm.
